The wig/unit cannot be altered in anyway (do not remove lace, wash unit, comb or brush unit or chemically process unit.) Once unit is received you can request for an exchange for same value price.
All returns must be sent via USPS. It is suggested but not required that you insure your package for at least $400 and request signature confirmation. However, we do not honor the return if it is lost or stolen. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Expect delivery of all LaceFront Units (except custom orders) within 3-7 business days. Once your unit is ready (stock items) it will ship by the shipping method selected During check out.
Any promotional gifts sent to you are yours to keep.
Custom Units takes about 3-4 weeks to make and process.
CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED BUT CAN BE RE-MADE or REPAIRED TO THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. If a repair or re-do is necessary we will send you the custom order form via email so you can tell us what needs to be done to your unit.
